- •These Terms are governed by Indian law and are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Eligibility
- •You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order.
- •By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Products & Pricing
- •All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
- •We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at time of order placement applies.
- •Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
- •We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate. If an error is found, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- •Stock availability is approximate and updated periodically. In the unlikely event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.
4. Ordering
- •By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the listed price.
- •An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.
- •We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.
5. Payment
- •All orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- •Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. Accepted methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking.
- •By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the full order amount including delivery fees.
- •Failed payments do not result in order placement. Retry with a valid payment method.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- •We ship across India via Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- •Free delivery is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 incur a ₹49 shipping charge.
- •We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

7. No Returns · No Refunds
- •Laxons Baby World operates a strict No Returns, No Refunds policy on all orders.
- •Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.
- •This applies to all products including clothing, diapers, skincare, feeding, and all other categories.
- •Exception: If you receive a physically damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof. We will review and arrange a replacement at our discretion.
- •Replacement is subject to stock availability and management approval. Replacement is not guaranteed.
- •By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this No Returns, No Refunds policy.
8. User Accounts
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- •Notify us immediately at hello@laxons.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- •We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
- •All content on laxons.com including text, images, logos, graphics, and software is the property of Laxons Baby World or its licensors.
- •You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
- •Laxons Baby World's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
- •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
- •We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Governing Law
- •These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- •Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, India.

12. Changes to Terms
- •We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revision date.
